Hello, my name is Karen and welcome to our monthly market update. Today, I am located in our indoor lap pool in the W Club.
What better way to continue your exercise regimen throughout the winter months.

Over the last month we have seen our first home buyers transitioning to investors stage. This resulted to an increase in properties available for lease.
However our tenancy demand is quite strong which allows us to see a slight increase to our rental prices within the Woolooware Bay area development.

Our turnaround time for vacancy is approximately 5 to 7 days from commencement of advertising. Buyer enquiries is consistent for 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments so if you are thinking of selling, please contact us today.

Hi, my name is Karen from Bluestone Residential. Today I'm bringing you your market review from the two bedroom display suite at Woolooware Bay.

The display suite showcases a spacious design and layout, offering quality inclusions. Capital Bluestone and Parkview Construction have commenced building of Stage 2 with an expected completion on the first quarter of 2018.

The recent market activity has shown a high demand on both buyers and tenants, and days on market of Bluestone Residential for sales is 28 and with leasing it is currently 5.

Hi, my name is Karen from Bluestone Residential and today we are filming our monthly market update from the fully equipped gymnasium at Woolooware Bay.

In the gymnasium, the hours of operation is from 6:00am up to 10:00pm. It is a free opportunity to come and enjoy the facilities like the treadmill, bike, rolling exercise machines, steps, weights, etc.

At Woolooware Bay, there is a true sense of belonging. It's a perfect place to make new friends and enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Now that everyone has settled in nicely at Stage 1, we are expected for a completion date for Stage 2 in February 2019.

Hi my name is Karen from Bluestone Residential and I'd like to welcome you to the first monthly update for Woolooware Bay.

On the second of December, the Capital Bluestone launched the first part of this settlements for 227 apartments in Stage 1 of the Woolooware Bay Complex.

This was a very exciting time as Woolooware Bay came to life. Woolooware Bay not only offers a home but a lifestyle. With many of the occupants utilising the facilities like the rooftop cinema, the barbecue area, the internal pool, gymnasium and spa.

Bluestone Residential worked tirelessly through the Christmas and New Year period to make sure that we leased all the properties available for tenancy.

And we are here to service all your property needs within Woolooware Bay. Currently we have leased 99% of the stock available with the last remaining apartment to be leased this week.
